We utilise Australia Post for most of our deliveries. You can expect your order within 2-8 business days (free shipping in Australia) from when your order is fulfilled or 1-2 business days if express shipping is purchased.
Refunds or exchanges for unworn and unopened briefs are available for up to 30 days. Unfortunately we can't accept returns/exchanges for worn underwear due to health regulations. We therefore recommend you try one pair prior to opening any further pairs you've purchased.
