Yes, we stand by our products both in quality and expectations. As such, we will always be happy to offer a refund or exchange upon return of our products (in original condition) within 14 days (less shipping costs we incurred). The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We ship all our orders within 24 business hours after payment is received. We utilise Australia Post for all our domestic orders (2-7 business days) and offer an express shipping option (1-2 business days) for a small charge. Tracking will also be provided.
International customers should normally receive delivery within 5-10 business days.
